Products are shipped via UPS/FEDEX ground to USA addresses served by ground service. Sorry no PO boxes or APO addresses can be accepted. Items sold by Tamiya America and shipped to locations in California are subject to sales tax. Items shipped to Orange County locations include a local tax in addition to the California rate. If you have tax-exempt status, please contact our sales division at (800) TAMIYA-A. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please note: Tamiya America reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

You may pay for your orders with PAYPAL and major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover Card. Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your shipping address, billing address, and method of payment. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. New, unopened* products purchased on TamiyaUSA.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. (see "Items that are Not Returnable" below) Shipping charges will be refunded if the return was due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong product, otherwise shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not accept returns sent COD.

*If plastic shrink-wrap or other original packaging has been removed, TamiyaUSA.com will determine if the kit is complete before allowing a full refund. If a refund is reduced or denied, you will be notified by email. To return an item, please pack it carefully and use a carrier that provides a tracking number such as UPS or Fed Ex. Scratch & Dent

Scratch and Dent products are tested and checked before being listed on our website. There are no returns on these items, they are sold as-is, all sales are final. If you have any questions concerning these types of items please contact our customer service department.

Scratch & Dent items
Any type of paint, thinner or cement
Partially built kits
Items purchased from sellers other than TamiyaUSA.com

All orders placed on this site are shipped via UPS/FEDEX ground*. You will be provided a tracking number to track the progress of your shipment. The risk of loss and title to the property passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. * Some Publications may ship USPS (determined at time of shipment)

Tamiya America may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of TamiyaUSA.com at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Tamiya America reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of TamiayUSA.com at any time without prior notice.
